DJ Red-I (pronounced "Red-Eye"), real name Brittany Benton, is a Cleveland-based DJ, producer and community leader known for blending hip-hop, reggae, house and Afro-Caribbean sounds into sets that move between the dancefloor and the deep crates. She's also the owner of Brittany's Record Shop, which grounds her in the same independent record culture Wax & Tracks is built around.

At Wax & Tracks she's running a crate session, digging through vinyl live and pulling the connections between records that most people walk past. Part performance, part education, all feel, it's the kind of set that rewards close listening.

Shannon "Sangin' Diva" Pearson

Based in Los Angeles, Shannon "Sangin' Diva" Pearson has spent three decades standing beside the legends, lending her voice to artists like Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, Natalie Cole, Jeffrey Osborne and George Duke. Her career runs through Soul Train, Showtime at the Apollo, Saturday Night Live, Jimmy Kimmel Live and America's Got Talent, with an acting turn on How I Met Your Mother and stages stretching from a Michael Jackson shrine in Munich to the main stage at Montreux Jazz Festival.

She cut her teeth on studio sessions around LA at 15, and that history lives in every note she sings now, the kind of range and instinct that only comes from decades spent backing the best in the business. Her debut single FREE reimagines Deniece Williams' 1970s R&B classic of the same name.
